Behind Chez Nous is Margot, an Airbnb Superhost since 2020 with over 1,000 guest reviews and a 4.87 rating. Before hospitality, she spent twenty years in luxury marketing and public relations, working in Mexico City agencies through the years digital marketing was taking shape as a discipline. That background is why Chez Nous treats an online listing as a brand asset, not a form to fill out.
She learned hospitality itself in the Riviera Maya, working with boutique properties in Tulum, Holbox and Playa del Carmen, one of the highest-volume tourism markets in the world. Alongside that work she ran mystery shopping evaluations for brands like Cartier, Montblanc and Longchamp: training in how to measure a service experience against a defined standard, from the guest's side of the door. Today Chez Nous operates in the Laurentides and Montréal, with a parallel portfolio in Mexico.
